I do not agree; the 'docopocoss' quite clearly says 'date of cessation of presumption of conformity of the superseded standard'. So citing an out-of-date standard does not demonstrate conformity. I agree that it is only a 'formal offence' if the Essential Requirements are still satisfied, but it would be difficult in many cases to show that if the product did not conform to the new standard in a non-trivial way. -- OOO - Own Opinions Only.
