And CENELEC Guide 25 Annex 3 says:

   When there is a directly corresponding edition of CENELEC EN
   to the referred international standard and that international
   reference is dated, the annex ZA gives the indication of the
   corresponding CENELEC document (mostly EN) with its date.

   Remark: In this case, the dated edition of CENELEC EN applies
   (modified or not according to the case)
