        IEC 60990 has a table in Annex L; Table L.2 'Calculated input
impedance and transfer impedance for perception or reaction touch current
measuring network (figure 4).  The impedance, U2/I, has been calculated and
more than a dozen values are shown from 20Hz to 1MHz.  

        I don't use the transfer function but I have modeled the circuit and
looked at the performance of many waveforms.  I have published several
papers on this at IEEE/PSES symposiums; you can find the papers there. 

        From my WG5 perspective, the transfer function is important in the
design of any network that wants to perform as described in IEC 60990.  

        This relationship is also important to anyone calibrating this
network to show that the network/instrument follows curve designed into it. 

        As Convenor of TC108/WG5 I am interested in any work along this
line.  

        I will be following this thread with great interest.
