EMC Simulation Engineer – Grand Rapids, MI Primary responsibility is to simulate and evaluate electrical systems in order to proactively reduce the likelihood of electromagnetic interference issues. Will serve as the EMC technical leader in the Design group, ensuring that designs are optimized for EMC. Key responsibilities include providing simulations on conceptual designs, providing guidance on schematic, printed circuit board and harness configuration, participating in system architecture activities during new product development, providing PDN guidance and investigating EMI issues on existing products. The ideal candidate must have a BS in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Electromagnetics combined with 3+ years of industry experience in EMC. Candidates with a MS in Electrical Engineering with post graduate studies in Electromagnetics will also be considered.
