Dear listmembers,

I have just seen a notice in a data sheet for a ZigBee module telling that if
the module is co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or
transmitter then the FCC & IC authorizations are no longer considered valid.
The integrator of the module will have to get the end product re-evaluated for
obtaining separate FCC and IC authorizations.

Would it be possible to tell any legal reference for this? Is it a normal
condition to be put in the manual/data sheet of getting FCC and IC
authorizations for that type of module?

Best regards,

Niels Hougaard
