An FCC Update by Julius Knapp

Join us as we hear from Julius Knapp, Chief of the Federal Communications 
Commission's (FCC) Office of Engineering Technology (OET) give us the low-down 
on the new stuff going on at the Commission. The new administration and new 
Chairman Julius Genachowski have set out an ambitious agenda for the FCC.  

Mr. Knapp will provide an overview of the National Broadband Plan and how it 
will affect spectrum management and EMC.  He will also discuss some of the 
other hot topics before the Commission such as the open Internet proceeding, TV 
White Spaces, cognitive radio, and the latest developments relative to EMC 
standards and equipment authorization.
