Hello,

 

the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC defines in article 5 the publication of
the references of harmonized standards. This procedure is different to the
other directives:

 

“…Standards shall be regarded as harmonised once they are drawn up by
common agreement between the bodies notified by the

Member States in accordance with Article 11, first paragraph, point (a), and
published under national procedures. …

 

For purposes of information the list of harmonised standards and their
references shall be published in the Official Journal of the

European Union.“

 

In the last EU-list the reference of EN 60335-1/A13:2008-11 is not published.
In Germany this reference is also not published in our “official gazette”.
The problem is the “dow”: 2009-07-01.

 

For the “presumption of conformity” is it sufficient if one of the member
states has pusblished the refence on national level.

 

Has anybody an information if U. K., France, etc. has published this reference
EN 60335-1/A13?
