The most simple solution is to use google reader (reader.google.com) to
continually composite all of the RSS feeds and blogs and/or use their
systems to crawl selected sites using search phrases. Google services are
very 'malleable'.

There are many programmatic solutions available - appropriate for an
offline discussion.
