    If you are familiar with 61010 you will note that the standard has
mixed emotions regarding 60950.  

    60950 is included in the list of exclusions but an entire clause
(1.1.3) is devoted to accepting 60950 parts and pieces which are used in the
61010 equipment.  There is a caveat in the note following in that there
might be 61010 requirements which apply in addition to the 60950
requirements already met. 

    So, it appears that you would claim that the 60950 certification
ought to apply in your application but additional testing might be required.
