In regulation 107/2009, it states the the ecodesign requirements in annex I. Does "Products placed on the market" mean that only new products placed on the market are required to implement the requirements? The current products on the market can continue to be produced and shipped outside EU without the implementation of the new requirements.
Should there be any queries in the regulation, to whom we should seek for clarification?
