Ion, when was the last time your product has been tested, or audited? Do you have an audit program? The EMC Directive requires "The manufacturer must take all measures necessary to ensure that the products are manufactured in accordance with the technical documentation". Unseen changes in components and minor changes in the manufacturing process can affect compliance. If it has been a long time since your product has been retested, then retest it to the latest version of the standards. I'm a strong believer in regular retesting to insure your products are still compliant.

We have an old product that was tested to the 1996 version of EN 55103 parts 1 & 2. The latest versions are dated 2009 with some changes to testing.
