David, If you are not a testing lab offering testing services per Korean regulations, it is easier for you to send your products to Korea, directly or indirectly. Korea requires test reports in Korean, confirmed by an NIST official last year.
Korean test standards (EMC, Radio, Safety) are similar to the EU's.
