GDT internal spacing? not if a gas tight tube. External terminals for sure, but internal not, because the internal pressure does not go to altitude. It remains at the same pressure, unlike parts open to the environment. BUT, when an agency and their personnel are involved, there is no telling what sort of 'requirements' will be imposed.
