Hi Bostjan Sorry for not being so specific. I know that the PSU shall comply with EN 60950-1, it's a USB PSU. But it comes in different versions with amongst other with the UK plug.
I found a British web page that informed that over 1000 different plugs have been found over the last couple of years that did not comply with the BS 1363. So my concern is to find the right parts of BS 1363 or a separate standard that addresses the plug of a wall-plug type equipment. Standard depends on the application. If the PSU will be used to supply information technology equipment then standard EN 60950-1 is applicable. BS 1363 is used just to verify plug part. I hope it helps. I have bought the BS 1363-1, -3 and -5 standards, very expensive :-( but they all exclude plugs with integrated components, or am I wrong? What is the right standard to use?
