Bostjan,

The anti-islanding relay ‎may be any relay, approved for the application. This means you need to use a relay which is certified to an appropriate component standard and properly rated for the system voltage in your application.

Look into the reference standards mentioned in UL 1741 section 3.3.   For example, ‎UL 60947-4-1A is a possibility.

Thanks, - doug

Subject: [PSES] anti-islanding relay

Dear experts,

Does anyone know where I can find spacing requirement for anti-islanding relay? I need to know required distance when contact is open. UL1741 does not include such requirement.

Do I need to simulate short accross the relay's contact during fault condition testing?

Best regards,

Bostjan
