The selected candidate will own EMC design and test projects in and around
the Taipei area, however, travel within Taiwan and the APAC region maybe

**Senior/Lead EMC Design Engineer - Taiwan**As a lead EMC design engineer
at Juniper Networks, you will be teaming with a multi-disciplinary group
involved in product design and development from concept stage through the
final release. You will work with development engineering teams within
Juniper and external partners to design and test products for EMC, and will
be directly involved in resolving EMC issues at all levels. The ability to
work well within cross-functional project teams in a highly-matrix
organization is required.  To be successful in this position the candidate
must be fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.





*Requirements:*



Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin



Solid understanding of EM phenomenon physics



Thorough understanding of relevant EMC standards such as EN55032, EN55024,
EN55022, ETSI-300386, and GR1089-CORE as applicable to ITE and
Telecommunications equipment

EMC design and testing experience with high speed (multi-gigahertz)
networking systems

Experience with EMC modeling and prediction tools, a plus

Experience in design of power supply modules and systems for power
integrity and EMC

Good understanding of mechanical concepts and constraints, and ability to
evaluate a chassis concept design for EMC

Participation in cross-functional project teams to design EMC into the
products from concept stage to production, and during sustenance


Experience in EMC design and compliance aspects of wireless technologies
including WLAN 802.11x and 3G/4G is a plus

Education:  BS with 8+ years of direct experience in EMC design and
testing.  Post-graduate work in electrical engineering or physics a plus
