There are differences in KN32 & KN35 from their CISPR cousins. The standards are available for download on their website - in Korean. Translation is a bit tough due to their being technical documents. I don't have a summary of all of the changes unfortunately. One of the key variances in KN32 that continues from KN22 is that radiated emissions from 30MHz to 1,000MHz must be performed at a 10 meter test distance.

Korea already wanders pretty much to its own drum. The test voltage for example requires testing at their specified voltages that don't match up with the rest of the world even though it is within the tolerance bands. (if I remember correctly) The last time I did a emc test requiring Korea approval along with the rest of the world I had to run many of the tests three times, US, EU, and Korea.
