Charlie – Article 49 Transposition 1. Member States shall adopt and publish, by 12 June 2016, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive. They shall forthwith communicate the text of those measures to the Commission. They shall apply those measures from 13 June 2016.
Article 50 Repeal Directive 1999/5/EC is repealed with effect from 13 June 2016. RED is effective now. Unless I missed something deferring it’s adoption.
