For a cost, the IECEE publishes group and national differences for each combination of ‘major’ standard and the state.
For less cost, the TRF indicates, in general form, the group and national differences that must be addressed per the report. Building code is one of the principal drivers for national differences. Building code is influenced by 'common' practices and geology and local climatology and the qualities of the local brew.
