I am not sure the specifics regarding your question (eg. Why you are 
importing), or what quantity you mean by limited (I have seen people refer to 
10, or 10,000 as being a limited quantity 😊). However, the relevant FCC

Please note, not every country has the same rules as this, and in fact some 
countries don’t have any provisions at all, so please just be careful if you 
need to ship anywhere else in the world.

There is any FCC rule that allows temporary deploy a limited number of devices 
for customer testing with you FCC Id?. This device has been tested and pass  by 
the lab but is pending of review by the TCB. I mean to conduct a limited trial 
of units that are compliance but without FCC Id label
