If the equipment is, as you say, not lifesaving, marine pollution, fire protection, navigation equipment, radio communication, only normal regulations/directives (EMC, LVD, RoHS) should apply.
For Wheelmarking and type approval for Classification societies as DNV/GL, ABS, LR, etc., there might be additional testing as vibration, climate, mechanical, and more. Cheers!
