You are mixing up EU vs North America. NRTL is US requirements. UL standards don't get withdrawn. As long as you comply with the requirement of a American standards it is up to approving agency issuing NRTL mark. Agency i.e. UL let you carry product with NRTL mark in US market place as long as you comply with the requirements.
