Hi Scott,
I think what you are really asking is what is the legally required minimum? If yes, then Directives like the GPSD, which does not in its text require a DoC (or CE Marking), would not require a DoC and would not need to be listed on a DoC that may be issued to cover other Directives or Regulations. I do not think though that there are restrictions that would prevent you from putting more than what is the minimum legal requirement should you desire to do so. So I do not think that listing the GPSC on a DoC is illegal. Would be interested in hearing from others on the topic though. Stay safe, stay well. Other non-required directives or regulations should not be included in the DoC. For examples, GPSD, packaging waste, battery, energy label, etc. Thanks and regards, Scott - ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message is from the IEEE Product Safety Engineering Society emc-pstc discussion list.
