It now needs to be approved by parliament. You can track the progress be checking the daily order paper (https://commonsbusiness.parliament.uk/Document/61034/Html?subType=Standard#20221128-287) As of today, it is still in the "Remaining Orders and Notices" section which means that it has not yet been scheduled for a vote.
