I don't have personal experience with either of these boards, but here
are two boards from Steve Stallings's company, pmdx:

The first can be hooked in-line with whatever device you already have
(its output side is a DB25 connector, just like the PC's parallel port),
while the second is a breakout board with a bunch of screw terminals.
