all pyVCP widgets are inherited from Tkinter widgets. That means that
all options that work with Tkinter widgets will work with pyVCP.
There's a Tkinter documentation at:
http://www.pythonware.com/library/tkinter/introduction/index.htm
with a little practice, you can probably make your numbers very big in
some strange font, bold italic underlined and purple colored if you like :)

anyway, here is the solution to font size and number formatting:

To change the font size, you would add
<font>('Helvetica',40)</font>
or any bigger number you wish

to change the number formatting:
<format>"+4.3f"</format>
or any other C-style format string you like (a Python reference will
tell you how these are written)

so in total your number would look like:
<number>
     <font>('Helvetica',40)</font>
     <format>"+4.3f"</format>
</number>

hope this helps,

AW
