Hello, The CD can be used as a LIVE CD...this means that you can try Ubuntu and EMC2 in a Live mode without modifiying your system. Just boot your PC with the CD in the drive (and set your bios to boot from CD).
I don't know if you can easily install EMC2 on Suse (I don't think so...at least not so easily as on Ubuntu...) but in the meaning that expert tells you how to do that, you can run and try Ubuntu and EMC2 leaving your system unaltered.
