Yup, and those same smart folks just outlawed any use of vista in their environs/campus. I think actions like that speak far louder than cannons. And this is not the only government or government funded agency that has done so. The guv, under Bush, may have rescued them from the Justice dept., but the shots across the bow of the M$ behemoth are beginning to get those on deck in Redmond a bit damp.
