Are you compiling for realtime? (required if you want to run a machine) Or are you compiling the non-realtime simulator? If for the simulator, the patch that Jeff supplied should solve the problem. If you are trying to compile for realtime, I don't think the patch will do anything. If the kernel folks have removed that header from the kernel itself, then we do indeed have some catching up to do. (But I doubt that is the case.)
