Chassis or board mount? For chassis mount, I prefer DIN rail stuff, like the ones along the bottom of this pic: http://jmkasunich.dyndns.org/shoptask/power-input-front.jpg Automation Direct sells them, some data is here: http://web2.automationdirect.com/static/specs/dinfeedthru.pdf For board mount, you might find something you like here: http://dkc3.digikey.com/PDF/T072/P0289.pdf Unfortunately good connectors and terminal blocks aren't cheap - $0.50 per terminal or so. It adds up if you need a lot.
