Hi Xuecheng,
when you get a version mismatch it's basicly telling you you're running the
wrong hal(scope,meter).
You have an installed emc2 (the one with the lower magic number), and a
run-in-pace version of emc2.
When you run the installed emc2 (e.g. from the menu), you also need to run
the installed halscope or halmeter:
simply type 'halscope' or '/usr/bin/halscope'
When you run the local run-in-place version, then you need to run the
appropiate halscope:
cd /home/user/emc2-trunk/
scripts/emc &
bin/halscope
You can't mix&match the two of them.
