Hi, I don't know about PCI cards but I just got my system accessing the net using a D-Link USB wireless dongle which Ubuntu found and installed automatically. Having said that, I don't think it found it initially when I tried it but I reinstalled the system from the latest LiveCD with the dongle plugged in and it worked straight away. It took me some time and frustration because I failed to notice that when I set up the encryption I set the linux box for ASCII while the router is set for Hex!! Dohhhh!!! Now I just have to try to work out how to get the linux box to talk to the windoze boxes on the metwork.......... I did also try another USB dongle - one of the cheap ones off Ebay and I couldn't get it to recognise that one. -- Best wishes, Ian ____________ Ian W.
