Gentlemen,
I have an opportunity for a commercial installation of EMC. This
would be on a Cincinnati 5 axis C frame mill. It is a 20V. I think it
is a 120. The 120 is the X travel in inches.
I want to implement 5 axis cutter diameter compensation. I have
addressed this before. I understand the current implementation of
cutter diameter compensation would not allow 5 axis cutter diameter
compensation.
I would like to ask someone to include a switch to enable/disable
the current mode of implementation. In my opinion this would be best
as a G code.
I would like to ask someone to guide me in the implementation. I
would like to do it. To get it done in a short time I need help. I
don't want someone to do it. Even if it would be easier (it surely
would be) to do it yourself I would like someone to help me beat it
into my thick skull. I want to learn how to do it.
    The calcuations are simple.

Any and all suggestions or comments are welcome.

thanks
Stuart
