Starting at 0,0,0 I issued g18g3x0z2.1i0k1f20 and I get the error

Radius to end of arc differs from radius to start:
start=(Z0.0000,X-0.0000) center=(Z1.0000,X-0.0000)
end=(Z2.1000,X0.0000) r1=1.0000 r2=1.1000

which as far as I can tell is correct.  Please give more precise
details if you still see a problem over there.
