Update, Newegg.com may not be around much longer. They can't seem to submit a proper order to VISA, and the charge is in VISA reject hell. Two things I can detect that are wrong, their servers clocks are running anyplace from 3 minutes to 15 minutes in the future, and according to the reject messages they are sending me, the expiration date is -12/10, or -12/2010 depending on which reject message I look at, its not consistent. And of course its "not their problem, there's something wrong with the data I gave them". That expire date is derived from a pair of multi-selectors and its not possible to type it in directly, so there is no way in hell I could have typed that minus sign in front of the month. As to the card numbers, they have all been verified, and there's enough in the account to write a check for a very good used car. Based on this, I would be cautious as to what I bought from them, they may not be around to honor any warranty problems you might have. Such fubars tend to pi$$ off the customer and dry up your business & make you go away. -- Cheers, Gene "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.
