This is probably my fault, because being a bad boy, I wrote the modmath 
component but didn't write a manpage for it.

oops.

It's still there, but may be replaced by a .comp version some time, or 
it's even possible that a manpage will be written.

The modmath component was originally going to have several functions, 
like the blocks component, hence the mismatch between the function and 
component names.
