Ok that didn't work... I got worse errors. A big problem I see with the Axis Error popup box is it prevents you from stopping emc until you press the OK button. This should at least stop emc from running like hitting the estop or least pause the program. This was a real issue with me while testing...
Now back to trying to solve the realtime delay problem... and wire up a hard e stop...
