Please post your INI file on your website, or on pastebin.ca or a 
similar site. Someone can then run the same INI file in simulator mode 
and start to see what is going on.

Provided your hardware works correctly this sounds like a 
miscofiguration problem (max accel/vel set way wrong in either [TRAJ] or 
[AXIS]). Please also provide reasonable max accel/vel estimates so we 
know what you are aiming for.
