ini files for servo setups also have acceleration settings in the [TRAJ] 
section, something like this:
DEFAULT_ACCELERATION =  80.0
MAX_ACCELERATION =      100.0

are these not needed for stepper systems? or is stepconf leaving them 
out for some other reason?
