I would like to attend. I don't know if I have anything to offer.

Is there any idea about a location? I don't know if there are area's where a
lot of emc users are concentrated?

For beginners it might be interesting to learn something about the different
ways tot retrofit a machine. Making it visible what does and doesn't work
and why a certain setup is better or cheaper. For instance a stepper motor
wich is too weak for the load, or a screw which is too long for a certain
speed. Seeing things makes you remember it more easily. OTOH, this only
makes sense if you can get visitors who might start with EMC.
For current users some HAL tutorials, presentations, trainings or hands on
sessions can be interesting.

Is there an estimate about the number of visitors you can expect?
