Unfortunately, (LOGOPEN) is not actually implemented in emc 2.2.x. It is a new feature in the development version of the software, but documentation for it was accidentally included in emc 2.2.
I will remove the mention of (LOGOPEN) from the next update of the documentation. It is unlikely that (LOGOPEN) will be in the released version before emc 2.3.0, and there is no date or schedule set for that release.
