At CNC workshop SEM motor was quite no noise and work good. Now when I reassemble again, motor creates a lot vibration and noise. So, first question, why everything was good at workshop and now it is not? Parameters are: P= 350 I= 1.2 D=0.35 FF0=0 FF1= 0.605 FF2-0.0012 Scale = 166461.44 noise and vibration start right after i turned E stop off. i Jog motor or not noise and vibration is there. To reduce vibration I can reduce P, or increase D. Am I right?
