I am not familiar with the terms Erikson 419e / DA18. Is there something
similar listed here?

I wonder how hard it would be to make a DA collet chuck from scratch. I
have a bunch of DA180 and DA200 NMTB40 holders that need nuts and rings.
I was thinking I might be able to make them, but I am not a big fan of
DA tool holders and have started collecting ER bits.
