Thanks Chris, that solved the problem. I had MAX_LINEAR_VELOCITY set but I had it in the display section rather than Trajectory. What really had me puzzled was the fact that it was working in 2.3.1 and stopped working in 2.3.3. I thought there weren't supposed to be any changes within a major release that affected the ".ini" or ".hal" files, but I suppose that I just missed making this update sometime (or made it incorrectly).
