Is there an easy way to use two separate probes for probing? For example have Probe A connected to a parallel port pin 10, and Probe B connected to parallel port pin 11 and somehow have the gcode choose which probe to use when probing.
The best I can think of so far is to have the gcode turn on one of the digital output pins using M64 and then having the hal multiplex the two parallel port pins into the probe pin, but maybe there is an easier way that won't waste one of the four digital output pins. Is the number of digital output pins controllable by gcode hardcoded, or can it be increased through a setting somewhere? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Verizon Developer Community Take advantage of Verizon's best-in-class app development support A streamlined, 14 day to market process makes app distribution fast and easy Join now and get one step closer to millions of Verizon customers http://p.sf.net/sfu/verizon-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
