Due to ongoing problems with installation process on an AMD Phenom X4 system, I disassembled one of our pc in office. Now I have changed the hardware against an single core AMD Athlon64 3000+. And now the installation based on latest EMC2- LiveCD (Ubuntu 8.04LTS) work without errors. The mainboard is equipped with an onboard parallel port, as same as the Phenoms board. Until next LiveCD release I will work with this system. If the new version is released I will make a new try.
