You won't find a bunch of folks more technically involved, and willing and ready to help the noobs like you and me than with the EMC2 group of developers and users. From this mailing list, to the forum on the web site, to the IRC channel (which is really cool because you can be actually running the EMC2 software, and troubleshooting problems online through the chat at the same time on the same machine), I'm of the firm belief it don't get no better than this!
