Never used them, but they are very reputable. They are a division of Sparkfun.com.
I usually use SeeedStudio's* service, which is even cheaper than BatchPCB: ten 5x5cm (~2") boards for $20 or ten 10x10cm boards for $40. Seeed are in China, so Shipping is either slow or sorta expensive, $3 for ground shipping, usually 10 days or so, or about $30 for DHL which takes a couple of days, though either way it should take no longer than BatchPCB.
