No. The AXIS preview can't know what analog value will be present at the time the M66 instruction is actually executed, so anything it does will be wrong.
The current version of AXIS seems to use the prior value of parameter #5399 as the input's value; as #5399 is not typically a saved parameter, this usually means that the inputs will always be treated as 0.0 or false. (looking at pre2.4; 2.3 may be different) I'm not totally against doing something more sophisticated than this, but I don't know what that thing would be.
