Actually I had similar question, so thank You, Andy, for explanation. When EMC2 is started and MDI mode is selected, we can see "Active G-Codes" box, in which are listed G-Code commands, that are loaded by EMC2. How do I change these defaults? For example, I would like to change G64 to G64 P0.01 or even G61 and also G90 to G91. I know, that I can put these commands in each G-code file or even try to set my CAM application to insert these lines, but I think that setting them once in EMC's default G-code list is less time-consuming than adding them to each G-code file and it can save some ruined material in case of hand-coded G-code, where these lines are forgotten to be included due to hurry or any other human factor.
